AVI/SPL Show in Long Beach, CA Sept. 15-16, 2009
Monday, October 12, 2009 at 03:00PM Steve Sherk, Digital Projection RMDM for Southern California, and SG Group, DP’s regional CAV Rep, showed the power and flexibility of the TITAN 1080p-700 at the recent AVI-SPL show in Long Beach, California. One TITAN displayed beautiful static imagery while in portrait mode, creating 6’ tall by 3.5’ wide images on a Vutec screen. A second TITAN 1080p-700 displayed Blu-ray content with a 2:35 DVD source.
In addition, DP’s new M-Vision 1080p-260 was also shown as a static display. With 3,500 lumens, 2000:1 contrast and incredibly competitive list price of less than $9,000, the M-Vision 1080p-260 delivers a new compact, high-brightne
ss projector solution to a wide variety of Commercial applications.
Feedback from attendees was very positive, including numerous comments on the TITAN’s ability to produce the same precise image quality while running in both horizontal and vertical modes. As is expected, the TITAN’s efficient operation was an often-discussed topic as well.
